Franklin Building Supply is so excited for the 2021 Spring Parade of Homes. Every year you can expect The Parade of Homes to be filled with amazing home design ideas. This year Franklin Building Supply supplied materials and services for 18+ individual homes in the Parade: everything from exotic fireplaces to beautiful hardwood flooring, unique doors, cabinets, siding and of course framing lumber for construction. “Franklin is very proud to participate in the 2021 Parade of Homes supplying products and materials to some of the best builders in the state” said Steve Cloyd, the Treasure Valley Sales Manager for Franklin Building Supply. Established in 1956, The Parade of Homes is hosted by the Building Contractors Association of Southwestern Idaho and is a showcase of original and innovative designs by 30 prominent local homebuilders. The Parade of Homes is strategically located throughout the Treasure Valley, a region that is recognized for some of the most exciting communities in Idaho. There are two ways to explore and experience the Parade this year. The show homes are allowing in person open house visits 6 days a week during specific hours. If you are looking to buy or build a new home, trying to get remodeling ideas or simply want to see the most current technology in appliances and construction techniques this is a perfect way to tour the homes and get first hand information from the builders.
The Parade of Homes is also providing a virtual tour this year. For those that would like to view the homes on their phones or other devices, the Parade has designed an interactive 3D virtual tour of the individual homes. This is an innovative, immersive and easy way to experience the products and designs without getting in the car. Simply visit the website boiseparadeofhomes.com and click on the virtual map. Choose a home on the map that you would like to visit and you will be launched into 360-degree interior virtual tour of the actual home. You control what you want to see with the click of a mouse and can receive additional information about the specific products. The Parade also has an App that you can download on your phone, which can assist you in planning and enjoying in person tours, or provide you with a virtual experience.

The 2021 Parade of Homes is running from April 24th-May 9th. The homes are open Tuesday-Thursday from 5:00pm-8:00pm and from noon-8:00pm on Friday, Saturday and Sunday. The show is closed on Mondays. You can tour them virtually at any time by going to the website.
